In the US and UK, under music copyright laws, you don't need a mechanical license to distribute cover songs to interactive streaming platforms (like Spotify). Therefore, you can distribute cover songs on platforms such as SoundOn. However, we will exclude platforms that support digital downloads (e.g., Amazon Music, Apple Music) and internet radio services (e.g., Pandora) from this distribution.
- By distributing with labelmiraclestudioapps, you retain full ownership of your rights, meaning you will keep control of your masters and receive royalties from all digital streaming platforms (DSPs) where your music is distributed.
- Distributing with labelmiraclestudioapps is currently free of charge, with all transaction fees waived by our platform. This allows you to distribute your music without any upfront costs.
- labelmiraclestudioapps recommends uploading your releases at least three weeks before the release date to ensure they are available on time. Please note that during December, our internal moderation and review process may take longer than usual, which could result in delays for your releases on digital streaming platforms (DSPs)

Artificial streaming and how it affects your royalties
Our streaming partners work hard to ensure that streams are legitimate and represent genuine user listening intent. If a streaming service detects that you (or a third party acting on your behalf) have artificially boosted play counts through automated, deceptive, or fraudulent means—such as using digital bots, “click farms,” or paying for playlist placements—the service may remove your entire catalog permanently.
Streaming services have systems in place to detect artificial streams and prevent bad actors from collecting fraudulent royalties. Below is a quote from Spotify's Artificial Streaming Education guidelines:
- An artificial stream is a stream that doesn't reflect genuine user listening intent, including any instance of attempting to manipulate Spotify by using automated processes (bots or scripts). We invest significant resources into detecting and eliminating artificial streaming activity to ensure artists are paid fairly for their work. The integrity of this is crucial because artificial streams harm honest, hard-working artists
- To ensure that your streams come from legitimate sources, Label MiracleStudioApps advises against using third-party platforms that promise a guaranteed number of streams or playlist placements on Spotify or other DSPs. These services may use illegitimate methods without your knowledge, risking your hard work and potentially leading to withheld royalties or removal of your entire catalog from streaming services.
- Both labelmiraclestudioapps, Spotify, and other streaming services have technologies to detect fraudulent streams. If artificial streams are found, Label MiracleStudioApps reserves the right to withhold royalties, remove tracks with suspicious activity, and ban users from future use of the service.
