The payments were made through two entities tied to the 76-year-old icon: Trolcharm Limited and Sons of Einion Limited.
- Trolcharm Limited: Established in 1981, shortly after Led Zeppelin disbanded and around the release of Plant’s debut solo album, Pictures at Eleven.
- Sons of Einion Limited: Incorporated in 1997, this company focuses on “sound recording and music publishing activities.”
Breakdown of Payments
The £7 million sum consisted of:
- £3 million ($3.75 million) from Trolcharm Limited.
- £4 million ($5 million) from Sons of Einion Limited.
