Our Position

Statement on Music & AI

As AI technology evolves, we are committed to ensuring it serves artists and the music industry responsibly.

At labelmiraclestudioapps, we recognize that artificial intelligence presents both extraordinary opportunities and significant challenges for the music industry. As a platform that has served over 300,000 independent artists since 2015, we have a responsibility to take a clear and principled position.

We believe that human creativity is irreplaceable. While AI tools can assist in the creative process β€” from mastering and mixing to marketing insights β€” they should never diminish the value of human artistry or be used to exploit artists works without proper authorization and compensation.

Our platform welcomes AI-assisted music where artists have used AI as a creative tool while maintaining meaningful human creative input. However, we require full transparency in labeling AI-assisted or AI-generated content, and we will always prioritize the rights of human creators.

We are actively working with industry bodies including DDEX and the Music Business Association to develop standards that protect artists in the age of AI while fostering responsible innovation.

Our Guiding Principles

Protecting Artists Rights

We believe AI should augment, never replace, human creativity. Artists must retain full ownership and control of their original works.

Human-First Approach

Music is a deeply human art form. We prioritize human artistry and ensure AI tools serve as instruments of empowerment, not replacement.

Fair Compensation

Any AI-generated or AI-assisted content distributed through our platform must comply with fair compensation standards for all contributors.

Transparent AI Usage

We require full disclosure when AI is used in the creation process. Transparency builds trust with audiences and fellow artists.

Community Standards

Our policies are shaped by ongoing dialogue with artists, labels, and industry partners to ensure they reflect community values.

Data Protection

We never use artists catalog data to train AI models without explicit consent. Your music data remains yours.
